The Learning Center is where you will find your training materials and expert led Courses with bite-sized lessons. These are online self-paced Courses. You will watch a video to learn the content and answer a Post Knowledge Check after you have completed all the lessons within each Course. Transcripts with frequently used terms of all videos are also available for your use.

How much do the Courses cost?
Courses include multiple lessons. The Course fee includes all the lessons within each individual Course.
How long are the Courses and Lessons?
We have taken a page from Ted Talks. It doesn’t take a scientist to know that you cannot inspire people if you put them to sleep but scientists are beginning to identify how long most people can pay attention before they tune out. The range seems to be in the area of 10 to 18 minutes.
What is your policy on refunds?
Once you have been provided access to an on-line Course, there are no refunds.
How long do I have access to the Learning Center Course?
The entire course is taught over the internet. You have unlimited access (24/7) to the course content for 365 days from the day the registration payment is received.
Do you provide CE Credits for your Courses?
DentalCodeology provides continuing education credits. Credits are provided to dentists, hygienists and registered dental assistants. Business staff members are encouraged to keep track of courses completed. Credits will be issued after successful completion of the Post Knowledge Check.
What are the criteria for earning the Course Attendance Verification?
You must pass the Post Course Mastery by at least 90% accuracy. DentalCodeology Insurance Navigator Method is concerned about your success. You have open access to the materials and may take the Post Course Mastery as many times as needed.
How will I receive my Course Attendance Verification?
You will receive an email with your official score, as well as an official Course Attendance Verification for each Course you pass.
