DentalCodeologytm Terms and Conditions

Your access to and use of the DentalCodeology website and the DentalCodeology Insurance Navigator Method is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

  • Subscriptions: DentalCodeology Insiders billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). Renewal is automatic on an annual basis.
  • Copyright: Do not reprint, republish, repost or otherwise transmit content or images presented in this site. Downloading is easy but just because you may be able to copy the DentalCodeology content doesn’t mean you own it. Unauthorized use of or copying of our content, trademarks, and other proprietary material can be subject to civil and even criminal liability. Please do not violate our copyright.
  • CDT Licensing: Patti DiGangi and DentalCodeology hold licenses to use ADA CDT codes. Seminar license: 2041679 and Publishing license: 2041665. The use of this statement enables the Patti DiGangi and DentalCodeology to offer a CDT course. The dental procedures codes (“Code”) are owned and published by the ADA in its reference manual Current Dental Terminology (“CDT”). The ADA is the exclusive owner and copyright holder of the CDT, including the Code, as well as of the ADA Claim Form. This copyrighted materials can be duplicated.
  • AGD/PACE: 4. Disclaimer: Patti DiGangi and DentalCodeology specifically assume no liability, responsibility, or guarantee whatsoever for specific adjudication of a claim, survival of an audit by insurance company or government entity, and acceptability of a narrative or any code reported. The authors have attempted to verify the information herein, but assume no responsibility for omissions, inaccuracies, or errors. The information herein is educational and not intended to be legal advice.

Changes

DentalCodeology reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 60 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
