Noel Paschke RDH, MS

Director of Clinical Education, ACTEON North America.Graduate of the University of Maryland Dental School, Noel received her Master of Science degree from the Johns Hopkins University. Her clinical experiences are in general practice, periodontics, hospital dentistry and veterinary dentistry. She invented a new piezo scaling technique improving clinician ergonomics and efficiency after providing treatment.

Karen Siebert RDH, MA

Product Specialist, Instruments, Den-Mat. has eight years’ experience as adjunct faculty at the College of Lake County in Waukegan, Illinois, teaching didactic courses in oral pathology and dental hygiene theory, and all levels of clinical learning. She is a 1985 graduate of the University of Iowa, BSDH, and a 2012 graduate of the University of Illinois, MA, in Educational Leadership.

Sandy Roggow RDH, BA

Communications & business development specialist, DH education. Sandi has an extensive background in the dental industry, including 40+ years as a practicing dental hygiene clinician. She has also worked as a clinical instructor, lectured, authored numerous articles and contributed to a dental hygiene academic text book. Sandi has experience in research, SEO content marketing and sales, along with legislative lobbying efforts surrounding licensure and children’s healthcare.
